- Evaluate opportunities swiftly and gauge seller motivation to prioritize efforts.
- Cultivate and sustain client relationships to ensure seamless contract executions.
- Actively follow up and nurture leads to optimize conversion rates.
- Perform thorough property evaluations, including onsite inspections, data research, and market analysis, to generate accurate assessments.
- Address and overcome objections during negotiations to finalize agreements.
- Maintain detailed records of sales activities and interactions in our CRM system.
- Demonstrated success in sales, with a strong preference for experience in property acquisition.
- Exceptional negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Valid driver's license with the ability to travel locally as needed.
- Technological proficiency, including access to a laptop with reliable internet, a personal computer, and a cell phone.
