Receptionist greets visitors and maintains visitor logs. Completes security procedures such as issuing badges or visitor passes. Being a Receptionist performs administrative activities such as booking meeting rooms, arranging transportation, receiving and sending mail and packages. Responds to internal and external inquiries. Additionally, Receptionist may provide back up for clerical projects or route phone calls. Requires a high school diploma or equivalent. Typically reports to a supervisor. The Receptionist works under the close direction of senior personnel in the functional area. Possesses a moderate understanding of general aspects of the job. Walker Automotive has an immediate need for an automotive receptionist with EXCELLENT customer service skills and a winning attitude to be able to grow into an expanding position to include assisting in our sales areas relatively quickly! This individual will receive calls to the dealership, determine the nature of the callers business, and direct the caller to their destination.

Pay is $12 -$15/hr. Schedule is Monday - Friday: 7:30 am - 5 pm and every other Saturday from 9 am - 5 pm.
