RESPONSIBILITIES

6. Providing guidance and support to sales agents throughout the hiring process, including answering questions and addressing concerns.
7. Monitoring and tracking key recruitment metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of recruitment efforts and make data-driven decisions.
8. Staying up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in recruitment to continuously improve the recruitment process.
9. Ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations related to recruitment and hiring practices.
10. Representing the company in a professional and positive manner at recruitment events and industry conferences.
11. Creating and posting job advertisements on various online platforms and job boards to attract potential sales agents in the energy deregulation field.
