Additionally, Recruiter initiates onboarding plan for new hires. Ensures assigned positions are filled efficiently and effectively. May facilitate orientation for new employees and perform exit interviews for employees leaving the organization. May require a bachelor's degree in human resources. Typically reports to a supervisor or manager. The Recruiter work is closely managed. Works on projects/matters of limited complexity in a support role. Doherty Career Solutions is partnering with a local Gaylord, MN company as they search for a Recruiter to join the thriving team. The Recruiter is a critical member of the Human Resources team and is responsible for executing the talent acquisition strategy by partnering with the business to understand and develop appropriate avenues to attract top talent for both Salaried and Hourly recruiting for their assigned facilities (multi-site). He/she will partner with leaders and employee groups to add talent acquisition expertise and insights to complement the business objectives while acting as a mentor to build recruiting talent. This is a fulltime onsite role where fluency in Spanish is strongly preferred.
This is an exciting, fast-paced position that needs a goal-oriented individual who offers excellence in service, a collaborative approach and a self-starter mentality. The position is onsite but may offer remote days on occasion and will run M-F. Salary will depend upon experience.
