Compensation : Up to $40 / hour plus overtime (10 hours weekly is available) 11 paid holidays, multiple weeks PTO, and full healthcare benefits.

Location : Kent, WA, Merritt Island FL, or Huntsville AL. These positions are 100% onsite occasional hybrid work-from-home opportunities, but not regularly.

Positions are 6-24 month contract-to-hire opportunities with high possibility to convert to FTE.

Responsibilities :

• Schedule interviews working directly with candidates and hiring managers.
• Arrange travel for visiting candidates.
• Greet candidates the day of their interview and help guide them through their interview day.
• Provide follow up correspondence to candidates.
• Accurately track recruiting activities in Workday .
• Coordinate and schedule post interview debrief meetings and provide debrief materials to hiring teams.
• Assist in the coordination of other recruiting activities and support other team members as needed.

Qualifications :

• 3 years years of successful recruiting coordination experience.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, project coordination experience, and the ability to work well with all levels of internal management and staff.
• Superb customer service focus, attention to detail and organization skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Ability to adapt to rapid change in daily responsibilities

Must Haves :

• 3 years of Workday experience
• 3 years of Outlook scheduling experience
