Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership:

• Develop and execute a comprehensive strategic plan to drive growth and profitability.
• Stay informed about market trends, customer preferences, and competition to make informed business decisions.
• Set and pursue long-term goals and objectives for the resort.

Operations Management:

• Oversee all operational departments, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
• Implement efficient processes and procedures to maintain operational excellence.
• Uphold the highest standards of guest satisfaction by monitoring service quality.

Financial Management:

• Create and manage the resort's budget, allocating resources wisely.
• Monitor financial performance, analyze variances, and take corrective actions when necessary.
• Drive revenue generation through strategic pricing and innovative offerings.

Guest Experience:

• Cultivate a guest-centric culture, prioritizing personalized service and exceptional experiences.
• Address guest concerns promptly and continuously strive for improvement.
• Initiate programs to enhance guest satisfaction and build loyalty.

Team Leadership:

• Lead a diverse team of department heads and staff, fostering a collaborative and motivated work environment.
• Provide guidance, mentorship, and development opportunities to team members.
• Promote teamwork and open communication across all departments.

Facilities Management:

• Ensure the maintenance and enhancement of the resort's physical assets, including accommodations and amenities.
• Implement sustainability initiatives to minimize our environmental impact.

Regulatory Compliance:

• Stay updated on local and national hospitality industry regulations and ensure compliance.
• Maintain health and safety standards for guests and staff.

Qualifications:

• College degree in Hotel Restaurant Management, Accounting/Finance, Business, or equivalent preferred.
• Proven track record of successful leadership, with demonstrated sales and Food and Beverage profitability results.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience at an independent Season 5 star resort.
