Evaluates and communicates key metrics to develop appropriate recruitment strategies and ensure positions are filled efficiently and effectively. Additionally, Recruiting Director maintains relationships with schools, advertisement, and recruitment agencies. Oversees the recruitment for senior level and executive positions. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to top management. The Recruiting Director typically manages through subordinate managers and professionals in larger groups of moderate complexity. Provides input to strategic decisions that affect the functional area of responsibility. May give input into developing the budget. To be a Recruiting Director typically requires 3+ years of managerial experience. Capable of resolving escalated issues arising from operations and requiring coordination with other departments.     Key Responsibilities:

    Strategic Leadership:

    Guest Experience:

    • Cultivate a guest-centric culture, prioritizing personalized service and exceptional experiences.

    Team Leadership:

    Regulatory Compliance:

    • Maintain health and safety standards for guests and staff.

    Qualifications:

    • College degree in Hotel Restaurant Management, Accounting/Finance, Business, or equivalent preferred.
    • Proven track record of successful leadership, with demonstrated sales and Food and Beverage profitability results.
    • Minimum of 7 years of experience at an independent Season 5 star resort.
