Recruiting Manager implements and manages processes to attract, evaluate, and refer candidates for open positions through recruiting website, employee referrals, on-site recruiting and other sourcing methods. Oversees an organization's recruiting program, policies, and procedures. Being a Recruiting Manager evaluates and communicates key metrics to recommend appropriate recruitment strategies and ensure positions are filled efficiently and effectively. Reviews and approves content and placement of advertisements and job postings. Additionally, Recruiting Manager secures appropriate resources for staff to be successful. Maintains relationships with schools, advertisement, and recruitment agencies. May be responsible for the recruitment process for senior level and executive positions. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a director. The Recruiting Manager manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. The HR Recruiting Manager provides technical knowledge and leadership to the HR Recruiting Team and across the Agency to support recruiting and onboarding policies, procedures, pay, and other processes related to MWVCAA recruitment. This role directly supports the Associate Director in executing key human resources functions to operate successfully and with integrity throughout the organization.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
Directly supervises approximately 3 employees. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities for this position include interviewing, hiring, and training employees, as well as planning, assigning, and directing their work and appraising their performance. The HR Recruiting Manager is also responsible for rewarding and disciplining employees when applicable and addressing their complaints.
