As a Human Resources Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth functioning of our organization by overseeing various HR functions. You will be responsible for managing all aspects of human resources, from recruitment and onboarding to performance management and compliance with labor laws. Additionally, you will lead efforts to promote diversity and inclusion in the workplace and maintain detailed records of employee information.

Responsibilities:

• Recruitment and Staffing:

Source, recruit, and schedule interviews for potential candidates.

Conduct interviews and negotiate salary packages.

• Introduce new hires to company culture, policies, and procedures.

Training and Development

Coordinate training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.

• Performance Management

Implement and oversee employee performance evaluation processes.

Administer disciplinary actions in accordance with company policies.

• Compensation and Benefits

  Document employee benefit policies and design administrative policies.

  Design attractive compensation and benefit packages to retain talent.

• Employee Relations

Provide guidance and support to employees on workplace issues and conflicts.

Manage employee disputes and conduct exit interviews when necessary.

• Compliance

Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.

Maintain detailed employee records and manage HR software and systems.

• Health and Safety

Collaborate with management to implement workplace health and safety policies.

• Diversity and Inclusion

Promote diversity and inclusion initiatives within the organization.

• HR Administration

Maintain accurate employee records and manage HR software systems.

What we're looking for:

🎓 Bachelor's degree in in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).

💼 Proven experience in HR roles, with a strong understanding of HR functions and best practices.

🗣️ Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

💻Proficiency in HR software and Google Office Suite

💡Knowledge of labor laws and regulations.

🔍Certification in HR (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP) is a plus.

Must be bilingual - SPANISH
