About the Job:
· Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve regional targets.
· Coordinate logistics as needed to ensure efficient delivery of products.
· Attend tradeshows to represent Malloy Electric and network with potential customers.
· Develop relationships with local technical colleges for talent development and long-term strategic positioning.
· Have a thorough understanding of product categories and effectively communicate features and benefits.
· Assist field sales staff with training needs to enhance their product knowledge and sales skills.
· Hold field sales staff accountable to Malloy's standards of performance and professionalism.
· Possess a strong understanding of the industrial market relevant to Malloy's offerings.
· Manage field staff, providing guidance and support as needed to achieve sales objectives.
· Support field team members at their accounts by engaging in face-to-face meetings, phone calls, and email communication as necessary.
· Be able to design and create sales routes appropriate to the geography and customer base.
Qualifications:
