Based in the vibrant Los Angeles area, this individual will spearhead sales expansion efforts within the Hardware/Lumber Channel, extending up to Northern California. The role revolves around implementing sales and market positioning strategies within retail hardware chain stores. Collaboration with the Regional Sales Manager, representative agencies, and two-step distributors is integral to nurturing regional accounts.
Regional Field Support Manager Pay: The salary for this position ranges from $65,000 to $75,000 per year, with additional considerations based on location, qualifications, and experience. In addition, there is opportunity at a $7500 - $10,000 bonus, $6000 annual car allowance, gas reimbursement at the IRS rate. We offer a comprehensive benefits package including a company car program, Health and Dental insurance, and a 401(k) plan with company match provision.
Regional Field Support Manager Working Location/Territory – Based in Los Angeles, or greater LA. Territory will cover LA to Central California.
