**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a detail-oriented Registrar/Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide administrative support and assist in day-to-day office operations for a growing preschool and private K-5 school.
**Responsibilities:**
- Keep up-to-date on all teacher and student records to ensure compliance with all state requirements.
- Add/Edit Student information in our database and paper records.
- Mantain a filing system
- Utilize SchoolCues or similar software for education administration tasks
- Help clients on day-to day basis with questions/comments
- Answer phones and emails
**Skills:**
- Proven experience working with students in an educational setting
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Publisher)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
