Job Summary:

Dexian is seeking a Director, Regulatory Affairs for an opportunity with a client located in Ankeny, IA.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute regulatory strategies and policies
• Collaborate closely with the sales team to navigate regulatory barriers
• Provide regulatory support and problem-solving expertise to the team
• Create and communicate a cohesive regulatory vision for the company
• Support and eventually integrate the efforts of the director of quality and branch managers
• Address challenges in getting dietary supplements approved in international markets
  
  

• Strong business knowledge and regulatory competency, particularly in the food manufacturing sector
• Background in food manufacturing or regulatory affairs within Food Manufacturing
• Experience with dietary supplements or medical devices is highly beneficial
• Ability to interpret and apply regulatory guidelines across different regions
• Not currently managing a team but must understand and articulate a long-term vision
• Must be adept at finding creative solutions to regulatory challenges
