Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Rehabilitation to lead our rehabilitation team in providing high-quality patient care and achieving exceptional outcomes. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of rehabilitation programs, managing a team of therapists and support staff, and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement rehabilitation programs to meet the needs of patients with various diagnoses and conditions
• Manage and supervise a team of physical, occupational, and speech therapists, and rehabilitation support staff
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and accreditation standards
• Analyze and interpret data to drive program development and improvement
• Foster a culture of excellence, accountability, and patient-centered care

Requirements:

• Master's degree in Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Speech-Language Pathology, or related field
• Minimum 2 years of experience in rehabilitation leadership or management
• Current licensure in the state of practice
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements and accreditation standards

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in program development and implementation
• Certification in rehabilitation management or leadership
• Experience with electronic medical records and data analysis software
