Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Maintenance to oversee the maintenance operations of our organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising a team of maintenance technicians, ensuring the efficient operation and upkeep of our facilities.

Responsibilities:
- Supervise and lead a team of maintenance technicians, providing guidance and support as needed
- Develop and implement maintenance procedures and protocols to ensure the effective operation of equipment and facilities
- Conduct regular inspections to identify maintenance needs and address them in a timely manner
- Coordinate with external contractors for specialized repairs or projects
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, equipment logs, and inventory
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and minimize downtime
- Provide training and development opportunities for maintenance staff to enhance their skills and knowledge
- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and regulations related to maintenance operations

Requirements:
- Proven experience in a leadership role overseeing maintenance operations
- Strong knowledge of maintenance principles, techniques, and best practices
- Proficient in English, both written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to maintain a high level of professionalism and integrity in all interactions
- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Knowledge of electrical systems, HVAC, and other mechanical systems
- Experience with project management principles and practices
- Familiarity with computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS) is preferred
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions
