Rehabilitation Services Manager plans and implements the overall rehabilitation functions policies, procedures, and services. Ensures efficient and effective operations for physical therapy, sports medicine, occupational therapy and speech departments. Being a Rehabilitation Services Manager identifies services through program planning and facilitates program development. May require an advanced degree. Additionally, Rehabilitation Services Manager typically reports to a director. The Rehabilitation Services Manager manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions. Extensive knowledge of department processes. To be a Rehabilitation Services Manager typically requires 5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. 1 to 3 years supervisory experience may be required.     Hours: Full-time, 1.0 FTE, Day Shift, 40 Hours Per Week /are as needed

    Required Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Speech Language Pathology, or related field
    • Upon hire: Alaska Occupational Therapist License Or
    • Upon hire: Alaska Physical Therapist License Or
    • Upon hire: Alaska Speech Language Pathologist License
    • Upon hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association
    • 1 year Clinical experience demonstrating progressive leadership
    • 2 years Clinical experience in an area of clinical specialty.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Master's Degree in Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Speech Language Pathology, or related field Or
    • Doctorate in Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Speech Language Pathology, or related field.
    • 5 years Clinical experience in an area of clinical specialty.
    • 3 years Program development and program evaluation.
    • 3 years Clinical experience
