Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Supervisor to oversee the maintenance operations at our facility. The ideal candidate will have expertise in high and low voltage systems, schematics, HVAC, and facilities management.

Duties:
- Supervise and lead a team of maintenance technicians
- Develop and implement maintenance procedures and ensure compliance
- Conduct regular inspections to identify and resolve issues
- Manage equipment repairs and installations
- Maintain inventory of repair equipment and supplies
- Coordinate with external contractors for specialized repairs
- Ensure all maintenance activities adhere to safety regulations

Skills:
- Proficiency in English for effective communication
- Strong knowledge of high voltage, low voltage systems, schematics, HVAC, electrical, and mechanical systems
- Experience with facilities management and CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System)
- Familiarity with logic controllers for automated systems
