Rehabilitation Services Supervisor - Home Care supervises the delivery of occupational therapy, physical therapy, and speech/language pathology programs to patients in a homecare setting. Responsible for providing consultation and monitoring of the performance of the rehabilitation staff. Being a Rehabilitation Services Supervisor - Home Care provides clinical consultation. Experienced Personal Care Supervisor must have 4 or more verifiable years of hands on Personal Care experience working with elderly and disabled, AND 2 or more years of supervisory experience, and have a current FBI based background check or be able to pass one.
The Experienced Personal Care Supervisor is responsible for managing Personal Care Aides and assigned client cases.
