Art's Rental Equipment is seeking skilled and motivated laborers to join our team as Lot Technicians around Dayton, OH.

Responsibilities include:

Your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional service to ensure a positive rental experience for our customers. This will involve safely and securely transporting construction equipment to various job sites or residential homes. It is essential that you follow proper loading and unloading procedures to prevent any damage to the equipment or property. Additionally, you will be expected to conduct thorough safety inspections of your company-provided vehicle, documenting any issues, and communicating them with dispatch promptly. By adhering to these responsibilities, you will help maintain a high level of safety, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.

Other Duties:

· Keep your company vehicle documentation current and readily assessable.

· Comply with all DOT regulations & drug screening requirements.

· Document physical damage to equipment through mobile work platform system.

· Participate in required training and safety meetings.

· Consistently maintain stringent safety standards for driving.

· Learn all basic operations of construction equipment.

Qualifications:

· Hold a clean driving record.

· Ensure that your drug screening record remains clean.

· Pass all DOT requirements.

· Ability to lift 50 lbs.

· Proficient in GPS usage.

· Maintain valid CDL / Driver’s License.

· Be reliable.

Familiarity with construction equipment a plus
