Rental Service Manager jobs in New Jersey

Taylor Rental Center in Ridgewood is seeking a full-time customer service staff member. We are a one-stop shop for lawn and garden, homeowner, construction and special event rental equipment. This is a hands-on customer service position that includes both face-to-face and over the phone customer interaction. The ideal candidate will display the following skill sets:

A strong customer service ethic and inter-personal skills

Ability to multi-task and problem solve

Ability to self-start and intuitively respond to a dynamic workplace

Availability for weekend shifts

Familiarity and aptitude with Windows based computer systems

Comfort and familiarity with machinery

Responsibilities for this position will include:

Meeting the needs and expectations of our customers on the phone and in the store

Detailed knowledge of our inventory and internal procedures

Maintenance of a showroom and retail merchandise inventories

Inspection and general maintenance of rental items
