Job Summary:

The Academic Counsellor/Tele-caller plays a pivotal role in our institution by generating new admissions and driving business growth. The ideal candidate will be competitive, able to handle pressure, and focused on meeting targets. This role involves engaging with potential students, providing them with information about our courses, and guiding them through the admission process.

Key Responsibilities:

Reach out to potential students via phone calls, emails, and other communication channels.

Develop new admissions for our courses through effective tele-calling and counselling strategies.

Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly admission targets.

Skills and Qualifications:

Educational Background:

Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (preferred).

Experience:

Prior experience in tele-calling, or sales (preferred).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $12,000.00 - $25,000.00 per month
