Overview:

General Contractor specializing in communication tower and fast charging Electric Vehicle charging station construction, located in Spring Hill, KS is seeking a Construction Manager.

We are seeking a skilled Construction Manager to oversee and manage various construction projects. The ideal candidate will have past expertise in project management, scheduling, and utilizing construction software tools.

Duties:

- Coordinate and oversee all aspects of construction projects from beginning to end
- Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources effectively
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project success
- Implement and maintain quality control procedures throughout the construction process
- Communicate project progress and updates to Executive Management

Skills:

- Must have proficient communication skills both orally and written
- Should have general knowledge of industry
- Proficient using Microsoft Office applications, Professional version of Adobe Acrobat and photo software
- IT knowledge and proficiency working in a small network environment preferred
- Excellent time management abilities to meet project deadlines
- Understanding of construction schematics and blueprints
- Ability to build strong relationships with team members and Executive Management
