The Care Provider's role is to provide daily care, supervision and training of residents as specified in the Individual Program Plans. This may include assisting, prompting and training a resident to meet their needs in areas of self-care, independent living, community integration, and leisure time participation, as well as implementing intervention plans.
The ideal candidate must be attentive to details, have sufficient communication skills (verbal and written), have the ability to take initiative and work well with others as well as work independently, and must be able to fulfill the following duties:
