Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and EXPERANCE IN ASSISTED LIVING Wellness Director to join our team. As the Wellness Director, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the wellness programs and services within our organization. This is a leadership role that requires strong organizational skills, budgeting expertise, and a deep understanding of healthcare practices. Responsibilities: - Develop and implement comprehensive wellness programs for our residents - Coordinate and supervise the delivery of healthcare services, including assisted living, home care, hospice care, and patient monitoring systems - Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements, including Medicare guidelines - Manage and maintain accurate medical records for all residents - Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of wellness services - Provide leadership and guidance to the wellness team, including nurses and other healthcare professionals - Develop and manage the department budget, ensuring efficient use of resources - Conduct regular assessments to evaluate the effectiveness of wellness programs and make necessary adjustments Experience: - Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field (Master's degree preferred) - Valid nursing license - Proven experience in a leadership role within a healthcare setting - Strong knowledge of budgeting principles and practices - Familiarity with Medicare guidelines and regulations - Experience in managing medical records systems - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills We offer competitive compensation packages and benefits for our employees. Pay: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
