Pediatric Medical Day Care Center in Jacksonville, FL is seeking energetic and conscientious Full Time Director of Nursing. Prior experience in supervising RNs, LPNs and CNAs in the Pediatric environment required. Experience with scheduling, training staff, quality assurance monitoring, providing staff evaluation and counselling, and establishing positive rapport with staff, customers, parents and referral sources. Weekday only work schedules do notinclude weekends. Typical Full Time schedules work 4, ten-hour days with the weekend off and 1 day off during the week.
