Residential Living Assistant, Sr. provides individualized care to the patients of a group home or residential living facility. Assists the patients on daily basis with personal care and hygiene. Being a Residential Living Assistant, Sr. transports patients within the facility or on supervised outings. May assist with meetings and appointments with healthcare providers. Additionally, Residential Living Assistant, Sr. administer medications under the supervision of a nurse or physician. Requires a high school diploma or equivalent. Typically reports to a supervisor or manager. The Residential Living Assistant, Sr. works under moderate supervision. Gaining or has attained full proficiency in a specific area of discipline. As a Certifed Nursing Assistant, your main role will be to deliver care to our residents within a warm, comfortable, and home-like environment. by doing such responsibilities as:- Assisting residents with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
- Documenting care provided and reporting any changes in resident health or behavior to appropriate staff.
- Engaging residents in meaningful activities and providing emotional support.
- Utilizing customer service skills to ensure that residents receive exceptional and meaningful care.
- Other duties as needed.
