**Overview:**
We are seeking a dedicated Assisted Living Unit Supervisor (House Leader) to join our healthcare team. This individual will play a crucial role in overseeing and coordinating resident care, mentoring the care staff, clinical and paperwork compliance, and most importantly ensuring high-quality standards are maintained at all times.
Arcadia is a small home assisted living facility, this individual will be responsible for 32 residents as well as overseeing the care team.
**Responsibilities:**
- Provide leadership and supervision to caregiving staff
- Delegate and assist when needed
- Oversee the med cart, work under the Delegating Nurse to ensure clinical excellence
- Documentation and paperwork compliance (care notes, incident reports, service plans)
- Rotating shared responsibility of off-hours on-call for questions and call-outs.
**Experience:**
The ideal candidate should possess the following skills:
- Previous experience supervising caregiving staff
- Familiarity with assisted living facility operations
- LPN or Highly capable CNA preferred
