Professional and accountable individual to fill the role of Property Manager. You will have the responsibility of managing daily operations of assigned properties while providing direction & leadership, to ensure properties are maintained & operated in accordance with company objectives.
Some weekends & evenings required for meetings and shared on-call availability for emergencies.

DUTIES
· Provide guidance to landlords, tenants, BODs, & residents
· Create management reports which depict actual condition of buildings, progress of specific projects, and makes clear & concise recommendations
· Utilize Company Vendors & Acquire additional contacts through trade organizations, property management forums, real estate networking groups, and other means possible.
· Communicate with vendors to create, mentor, and manage a cohesive property maintenance team
· Maintain property proactively, and by addressing resident & owner complaints, seeing to the completion of needed repairs, acquiring contracts for landscaping & snow removal etc., and enforcing rules of occupancy
· Coordinate maintenance schedule & inspections
· Perform regular site visits in order to maintain knowledge of the community while proactively overseeing maintenance needs, and resident compliance to rules in place
· Respond to portal requests, emails & phone calls daily in order to process resident requests timely & report to the BOD
· Act quickly & effectively when urgent situations demand it
· Serve as liaison between landlords, residents, and vendors
· Participate in continuing education, credentialing classes, and seminars to bolster industry knowledge
· Observe all safety standards & participate in company efforts to provide safe work environment
REQUIREMENTS
Previous Experience REQUIRED & NHRE License preferred
