Job Description
We are seeking a friendly and enthusiastic Resort Greeter to join our team and provide a warm welcome to all arriving guests at the resort.
Responsibilities include warmly greeting and welcoming arriving guests, maintaining knowledge of parking rates, hours of operation, and procedures, and being familiar with daily occupancy and group activities.
The role involves maintaining complete knowledge of computer and manual systems, setting up and organizing the workstation, and acknowledging all guests arriving and departing the resort.
Additionally, the Greeter will be knowledgeable about hotel services, local attractions, and activities to respond to guest inquiries accurately and promote positive guest relations.
They will also provide accurate directions for destinations within the local area and be empowered to resolve any guest issues.
Furthermore, the Greeter will distribute parking tickets to guests for valet and self-parking and assist with moving barriers to provide access to the loading dock for vendors or associates.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and customer service skills, be detail-oriented, and maintain a professional and welcoming demeanor at all times.
