To perform this position successfully, the Retail Trainer must be able to demonstrate strong interpersonal and organizational skills and must possess effective training capabilities. You should bring at least three (3) years of progressive experience in Retail, Convenience Store or Restaurant industries and also possess excellent leadership and motivational skills. Your strengths include being highly organized, and capable of multi-tasking. You are a self-starter, quick learner, detail-oriented and flexible to adapt to various tasks and schedules. Proficient with MS Office Suite including Word, Excel and PowerPoint and comfortable with Retail technology and Retail in-store systems (preferably in a Convenience Store environment). Able to communicate with others effectively and professionally in both verbal and written context. Must have a valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and be available to work as needed, including nights and weekends. Position may require the ability to lift over 50lbs. Ability to stand for extended periods in a Retail store environment.
