Retail & Commercial Tire Store Manager jobs in Arizona
Retail & Commercial Tire Store Manager plans and directs the day-to-day operations of a tire store/center that markets to both retail and commercial clients. Develops strategies to improve customer service, drive store sales, and increase profitability. Being a Retail & Commercial Tire Store Manager ensures customer needs are met, complaints are resolved, and service is quick and efficient. Hires and manages store personnel. Additionally, Retail & Commercial Tire Store Manager may require a bachelor's degree in area of specialty. Typically reports to a director. The Retail & Commercial Tire Store Manager supervises a group of primarily para-professional level staffs. May also be a level above a supervisor within high volume administrative/production environments. Makes day-to-day decisions within or for a group/small department. Has some authority for personnel actions. To be a Retail & Commercial Tire Store Manager typically requires 3-5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. Who We're Looking For :

What You Need :
- Ability to pass a background & drug screen
- 6 months commercial tire experience required
- Valid driver’s license
- 3-yr Clean MVR; No DUIs & no more than 2 moving violations
What You’ll Do :
- Commit to continual improvement, training & professional growth
- Perform commercial tire and wheel replacements and installations
- Dismount wheels using lug wrenches and other hand and power tools
- Repair, balance, rotate, mount, and replacement of commercial tires / wheels
- Services calls as scheduled by service manager
- Keeping service vehicle fully stocked
- Preventative maintenance of the service vehicle daily inspection, oil changes, etc.
- Perform basic facility maintenance, shop clean up, and organization
- Look for opportunities to improve our products & services

Outside Service Technicians are compensated through a combination of hourly pay, daytime service commission, and night / weekend service commission.
The listed range represents an estimated total of all compensation sources, listed as an hourly rate. Variables include relevant experience, certifications, geographic location, and willingness to participate in after-hours / on-call programs.
