Retail & Commercial Tire Store Manager plans and directs the day-to-day operations of a tire store/center that markets to both retail and commercial clients. Develops strategies to improve customer service, drive store sales, and increase profitability. Being a Retail & Commercial Tire Store Manager ensures customer needs are met, complaints are resolved, and service is quick and efficient. Hires and manages store personnel. Additionally, Retail & Commercial Tire Store Manager may require a bachelor's degree in area of specialty. Typically reports to a director. The Retail & Commercial Tire Store Manager supervises a group of primarily para-professional level staffs. May also be a level above a supervisor within high volume administrative/production environments. Makes day-to-day decisions within or for a group/small department.
