This is a full-time on-site role located in Hixson, TN for a Fitness Director. The Fitness Director will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, managing group exercise and training programs, providing customer service, and ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for members.

• Experience in group exercise and group training, as well as exercise physiology
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of training techniques and fitness equipment
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills
• Ability to create and implement effective fitness programs
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Relevant certifications such as ACE, NASM, or ACSM are a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science, Kinesiology, or related field is preferred
