**Responsibilities:**

- Market and promote properties for sale

- Assist clients in the buying, selling, and renting process

- Negotiate contracts and handle paperwork

- Provide outstanding customer service to clients

- Manage property listings and conduct property showings

- Coordinate with lenders, inspectors, and attorneys during transactions

**Experience:**

- Experience in the real estate industry

- Strong sales and negotiation skills
