Real Estate brokerage is looking for a self-motivated, detail oriented, professional individual to join our team as the Director of Operations!

The ideal candidate should possess a working knowledge of the Real Estate industry, strong mathematic skills including understanding of debit/credit systems, be tech savvy including proficiency in Excel, Google Platform (including Gmail, Google Drive, Google Business), Canva for marketing and graphic design, Quickbooks, and other business organization platforms. A high level of organizational skills is required as well as the ability to work independently and possess strong time management skills.

The Director of Operations will also have an important role in customer service and agent relationships. This positions requires the ability and confidence to interface with customers, clients, venders, agents, and owners and provide excellent communication and professionalism.

We are looking for a dedicated team member to additionally be involved in business forecasting, business planning, and developing growth strategies.

Previous Real Estate experience preferred.

Part-time: 25-30 hrs/week

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25 per week
