Applicants should be well versed on windows based PC’s and should be proficient in the current version of MS Office applications such as word, excel and power point. They should be prepared to conduct a hands on computer skills assessment during the interview process. Applicants must dress and speak appropriately for an office environment and have some experience in customer service.
The ideal candidate is a friendly, well-dressed person who enjoys customer service based interactions. He/she has worked in the real estate industry (or a related one) for 2 years, a font-office position for 2 years or has the training/schooling equivalent. The ideal candidate does not have an active real estate license or is willing to put their license in an in-active status.
LRE administrators are W2 salaried employees who enjoy a regular, fixed salary, a voluntary 401(k) plan with an aggressive company match, and an optional group health plan that includes medical, dental, vision, life & disability insurance. This position is 15 hours a week (M-W-F from 9-3 w/ a 1 hour lunch).
