This job involves contact with a variety of customers who could have mailbox agreements, packages to ship, printing projects or be in need
of one of our many other services. You will be expected to effectively uncover customers' needs and deliver excellent customer service in the
process. Attention to detail and great communication skills are a must. Computer work is also required, including POS sales transactions,
package tracking, navigating email, printing/copier usage and package processing.
This is a physical, and sometimes fast-paced position. That involves lifting, lowering, and sliding packages that typically weigh 25 - 35 Ibs.
Some may weigh up to 70 lbs. Part-time employees usually work 6 to 8 hours each shift, open availability is preferred.
