We are seeking an experienced Assistant Store Manager to join our team to provide exceptional customer service and create long-term quality relationships with our customers

Expectations of Assistant Store Manager:

*Drive Sales to exceed the overall Store Goals

*Motivate staff to reach company directed performance goals

*Develop and maintain customer relationships

*Planning and Direction of the merchandising of the store

*Day-to-day planning and coordinating of operations and events

*Assist with Hiring, Training and Management of all store employees

*Qualifications:

*Minimum 2 years Management/Retail experience

*Ability to work a flexible schedule that fluctuates as business changes throughout the year

*Available to work Weekends and Holidays
