Retail Zone Manager manages multiple regional managers within a geographic region. Adjusts sales goals and procedures as appropriate for each manager and store based on goals set for the whole zone. Being a Retail Zone Manager designs and recommends regional sales and marketing promotions and sets short- and long-term retail sales strategies for the zone. Requires a bachelor's degree. Additionally, Retail Zone Manager typically reports to top management. The Retail Zone Manager manages a departmental sub-function within a broader departmental function. Creates functional strategies and specific objectives for the sub-function and develops budgets/policies/procedures to support the functional infrastructure. The ideal candidate will be primarily be responsible for driving studio sales/memberships, and studio operations.
Responsibilities:- Drive Studio Revenue through Membership Sales
- Lead generation including Grass Roots Marketing and Networking
- Proficiency in Club Ready, to include revenue reports, attendance reports, etc.
- Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications, Google Applications, Social Media, EMAIL
- Lead and work harmoniously with co-workers, clients and the general public
- 1 years of PROVEN SUCCESS in sales REQUIRED, preferably membership sales within the fitness industry
- Bachelors or Associates Degree in Exercise Science OR related field.
- Availability for 2 weeks out of town job training
- Effective listening skills necessary to elicit options and ideas in support of team relationship
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with studio owner
- Ability to manage and drive all revenue from membership sales
- Excellent communication and strong writing and interpersonal skills in person, on the telephone, and via email
- Ability to excel in a fast-changing, diverse environment
- Ability to recognize areas of improvement and make changes using good judgment
- Highly organized, proficient in data management, ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
- Professional, punctual, reliable and neat
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Trustworthy and ability to handle confidential information
