Position Overview:
As the Returns Department Manager, you will lead a team of 15-20 associates and will be responsible for managing the intake, processing, and coordination with other internal departments regarding returns. This includes classifying issues, testing and grading items, processing RTV (Return to Vendor), listing items on our selling accounts and sites, and ensuring overall product quality and customer satisfaction. You will manage and work closely with a team of general associates, online listers, and product testers to streamline processes and maximize both efficiency and profits in our warehouse operations.
