With a focus on quality and efficiency, we sell a wide range of products through various online platforms. We're looking for a skilled and effective leader to manage our Returns Department team in our North Brunswick Warehouse.

Position Overview:

As the Returns Department Manager, you will lead a team of 15-20 associates and will be responsible for managing the intake, processing, and coordination with other internal departments regarding returns. This includes classifying issues, testing and grading items, processing RTV (Return to Vendor), listing items on our selling accounts and sites, and ensuring overall product quality and customer satisfaction. You will manage and work closely with a team of general associates, online listers, and product testers to streamline processes and maximize both efficiency and profits in our warehouse operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the returns process from receipt to resolution, ensuring timely processing and accurate documentation.
• Supervise a team of returns associates, online listers, and product testers, providing guidance and support as needed.
• Collaborate with other department heads to optimize workflow and minimize returns.
• Implement and develop quality control measures to identify and address product defects and issues.
• Utilize data analysis to identify trends and communicate potential strategies for reducing returns and improving customer satisfaction.
• Monitor the departments inventory levels in quantity and value to ensure it does not exceed company limits.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety protocols and company policies.

Qualifications:

• 1-3 years of experience in department management, preferably in a returns or inventory control role.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Authorized to work in the US and able to work full-time onsite in North Brunswick, NJ area.
• Bilingual is a plus (Spanish-English)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $65,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
