Crafco, Inc. has an opening for a Cycle Count & Returns Coordinator at our equipment manufacturing plant in Chandler, AZ

Crafco, Inc., a leading equipment manufacturing plant based in Chandler, AZ, is currently seeking a Cycle Count & Returns Coordinator to fill a full-time, first-shift position from Monday to Friday. As the Cycle Count & Returns Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in our operations. Your primary responsibilities will include cycle counting parts inventory, assessing and testing returned parts from customers, and managing communication with both customers and suppliers regarding returns, warranty claims, and part replacements. Additionally, you'll be responsible for maintaining accurate records and documentation, ensuring compliance with audit requirements, and identifying opportunities for inventory optimization.

Essential Duties include:

• Daily cycle counts of parts inventory
• Generate reports, update files, document inventory discrepancies, and maintain required documents for annual audit
• Identify slow-moving and obsolete inventory items for review
• Perform thorough testing on all returned parts
• Facilitate documentation for supplier returns and warranty claims
• Determine if parts are covered under warranty
• Communicate effectively with customers regarding returned part status and repair costs
• Coordinate with suppliers to obtain RGA numbers for failed parts and arrange for returns, credit or replacements
• Monitor suppliers diligently to ensure timely receipt of credit or replacement parts
• Maintain accurate and current warranty returns accounts, updating information in the computer system and reconciling accounts monthly

Qualifications include:

• High School Diploma or GED
• Safety-focused with strong attention to detail and organization
• Exemplifies professional standards by consistently ensuring neat, safe, and organized work areas, equipment, and tools
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting written and verbal instructions
• Familiarity with reading blueprints and understanding MRP systems
• Ability to meet physical demands of the role, including standing and walking for long periods of time, and lifting moderate to heavy items (25-50 lbs.)
• Commitment to maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with customers, suppliers, and stakeholders of various levels. Demonstrate considerable tact and persuasive abilities in interactions.
