Job Description: Buff and Adjust Technician, Credit and Returns Clerk, Packing Associate
Location: NAASC, Building 2, Floor 3
Shift Hours:
- 1st Shift: 5:15 AM - 2:45 PM
- 2nd Shift: 3:15 PM - 1:45 AM (Mon - Thurs), Fri 3:15 PM - 9:15 PM (unless otherwise stated by the manager)
- Mandatory OT on Fridays: 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM (notification provided in advance)
General Requirements for All Positions:
- Clear Bag Policy: All temporary employees must bring a clear bag into the facility. Cost of the bag is $4 each. If new contract associates do not stay longer than 7 days, Sr. Leaders on ATL campus would like to be reimbursed for the cost of the bags. Please confirm if there are any issues with this policy.
Buff and Adjust Technician
Major Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develop thorough knowledge of all product lines.
- Locate imperfections in eyewear products.
- Proficient manual dexterity to work productively with small parts.
- Provide accurate records of repair activities.
- Assist in keeping the area well-organized and equipment in proper order.
- Adjust, buff, or align frames.
- Ensure that inbound merchandise is refurbished to first-quality condition before returning to inventory.
- Meet and maintain high productivity levels and quality standards as assigned by the supervisor.

Credit and Returns Clerk
Job Summary:
- Handle returned merchandise ordered from customers and record information about the merchandise into the AS/400 information system.
Major Duties and Responsibilities:
- Process returns (inspect and evaluate frames) accurately and timely.
- Ensure proper evaluation of the product is keyed into the system.
- Code returns and issue credit in customer files.
- Use the AS/400 information system to obtain relevant information and conduct research.
- Responsible for any additional duties assigned.
Requirements:
- Proficient AS400 experience.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Extraordinary organizational skills.
- Strong data entry and keyboarding skills.
- Excellent computer skills.
- Ability to follow directions, meet production schedules, and complete assignments within established instructions.

Packing Associate
Job Summary:
- Perform the packing functions for the wholesale department.
Major Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assist with packing wholesale orders.
- Responsible for any additional duties assigned.
Requirements:
- Strong verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours is required.
- Ability to lift/carry up to 40 lbs.
- Excellent mathematical aptitude and numerical recognition.
