Revenue Cycle Director directs and oversees the overall policies, objectives, and initiatives of an organization's revenue cycle activities to achieve operational goals and cash flow targets. Reviews, designs, and implements processes to optimize the revenue cycle and ensure compliance. Being a Revenue Cycle Director tracks metrics and reports that identify trends and makes recommendations for areas of improvement. May assist in the development of goals and strategies for the department. Additionally, Revenue Cycle Director requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to senior management. The Revenue Cycle Director manages a departmental sub-function within a broader departmental function. Creates functional strategies and specific objectives for the sub-function and develops budgets/policies/procedures to support the functional infrastructure. To be a Revenue Cycle Director typically requires 5+ years of managerial experience. Deep knowledge of the managed sub-function and solid knowledge of the overall departmental function.     The Opportunity

    As the Director of Revenue Cycle at ConvenientMD, you will lead and manage all operational, financial, and personnel activities within the Revenue Cycle, including provider enrollment, claims, payments, insurance reimbursement, and self-pay management. You will ensure that our goals and objectives are met and aligned with our strategic vision. Reporting to the SVP of RCM, you will collaborate with various stakeholders across the organization.

    Your Impact

    • Lead and Develop Strategies: Interpret organizational changes and develop strategies to successfully implement them, ensuring they align with ConvenientMD's vision, mission, and values.
    • Drive Operational Initiatives: Develop and manage initiatives with clear, measurable outcomes (KPIs) to enhance the Revenue Cycle.
    • Collaborate and Formulate Goals: Work with stakeholders to set and achieve objectives, goals, and strategies, ensuring everyone is on the same page.
    • Financial Management: Establish annual financial goals, analyze financial data, and make informed decisions about staffing and budgets to meet targets.
    • Continuous Improvement: Engage staff and stakeholders in ongoing improvement efforts, utilizing data to identify problems and propose innovative solutions.
    • Team Leadership: Direct and guide managers to allocate resources effectively, fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment.
    • Recruit and Retain Talent: Develop recruitment and retention strategies, select top talent, and support professional growth and job satisfaction for all team members.
    • Ensure Compliance: Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and policy requirements.
    • Communicate Effectively: Create systems to communicate information and data clearly and concisely across the organization.
