Revenue Cycle Engagement Manager

Exciting Opportunity at MSK: We are seeking an enthusiastic and client-focused professional to join our Revenue Cycle team as an Engagement Manager. The Engagement Manager serves as the critical link between clinical departments and the central billing office. Responsible for identifying revenue opportunities in all aspects of the revenue cycle, creating project plans and implementing operational and systematic solutions that contribute to the overall financial health of the organization. Role Overview:

Manage the revenue cycle for several clinical departments with the primary focus being to identify revenue opportunities in all aspects of the revenue cycle
• Prepare and deliver monthly presentations to clinical department leaders
• Facilitate effective communication between multiple teams to ensure seamless integration of revenue cycle processes
• Conduct data analyses to deliver valuable insights
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement changes that enhance the revenue cycle

Key Qualifications:

• 4 years of experience in revenue cycle management, healthcare finance, or a related role.
• Knowledge of billing and coding processes, healthcare regulations, and reimbursement methodologies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• EPIC experience preferred

Additional Information: Please note this is a hybrid role based at 633 3rd Avenue in NYC 1-2 times per week with flexibility to travel to our other NYC sites for stakeholder meetings as needed

Pay Range: $98,500.00-$157,600.00
