Position: RFP Reviewer (Contractor)

Location: Remote

Pay Rate: $15 per hour

Estimated Hours: 5-8 hours per week

About Us:

We are a dynamic organization specializing in curriculum development, SaaS, custom software development, and Learning Management Systems (LMS). We are seeking a detail-oriented individual to join our team as an RFP Reviewer.

Role Overview:

The RFP Reviewer will be responsible for reviewing RFP searches from an RFP platform, matching them to our criteria, and forwarding the relevant opportunities for further review. This role requires a meticulous approach, strong organizational skills, and a solid understanding of our industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough reviews of RFP searches from an RFP platform.
• Evaluate RFPs against our specified criteria to determine relevance.
• Forward matching RFPs to the appropriate team members for further review.
• Maintain accurate records of reviewed RFPs and their statuses.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless workflow and communication.

Qualifications:

• Experience working with Google Docs.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess RFP requirements and relevance.
• Experience working remotely and managing tasks independently.

Preferred Skills:

• Preferable experience with RFP platforms or within the education technology sector.
• Familiarity with curriculum development, SaaS, custom software development, and/or LMS.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
