RFP Manager oversees the development of proposals, bids, quotations, RFP responses, or other documents describing organizational products and services in response to requests from prospective clients. Manages and meets proposal deadlines by establishing project priorities and due dates for the proposal. Being an RFP Manager collaborates and coordinates with internal contributors and subject matter experts to ensure content is complete, accurate, and maximizes business opportunities. Develops and establishes a repository of templates, standard language, product collateral, exhibits, and other data resources to create high-quality and accurate responses. Additionally, RFP Manager establishes a tracking system with win-loss information. Reviews and analyzes RFP losses to recommend enhancements to products or processes. Typically requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a director. The RFP Manager manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions. To be an RFP Manager typically requires 5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. 1 - 3 years supervisory experience may be required. Resident Manager AOAO is looking for a Security Guard to join our team in Honolulu, HI.
Position Overview:
The Security Guard will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for our clients. The ideal candidate will possess strong physical strength, stamina, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. This position requires a security guard who is able to perform the essential functions of this job.
Essential Functions:
- Protects property and personnel by maintaining a safe and secure environment by observing and controlling access at all times
- Reports all incidents to management in a timely manner. Provides assistance to personnel in need, assists in loading and unloading vehicles, assists in general maintenance of property and equipment, assists in loading/unloading trucks, assists in loading supplies/materials on/off site as needed, checks on deliveries as well as monitoring surveillance of site, assists in general upkeep of property and equipment.
Other Requirements:
- Must have a guard card to apply and previous security experience is a plus.
