Right of Way Agent jobs in Nebraska
Right of Way Agent prepares organization's need for additional land or office space. Researches, negotiates and elects to purchase short- and long-term lease of land agreements and right of way for construction that meet the organization's goals. Being a Right of Way Agent handles all land related legal issues, including transfers of titles and deeds, construction, mortgage concerns, and zoning. Prepares resolutions and other legal forms related to land acquisitions. Additionally, Right of Way Agent may require a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a supervisor or manager. The Right of Way Agent contributes to moderately complex aspects of a project. Work is generally independent and collaborative in nature. - Review

completion package preparation, weekly reports.
- Process
third-party invoices
- Field
and process phone calls directed to the department
- To
perform duties with a high degree of accuracy.
- To
review, analyze, and file completion reports by targeted due dates.
- To
prepare documents for various capital projects and to submit reports
weekly.
Right Of Way Analyst Qualifications:
- Able
to read, interpret and plat legal descriptions.
- Able
to determine ownership rights by following a chain of title.
- Able
to work independently under time constraints and exacting deadlines.
- Able
to function well as a team member in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient
in use of Microsoft Office products, especially Word and Excel.
- Review
project completion reports for accuracy and completeness. Merge the
reports into the right of way records systems, maintaining consistency
with the existing right of way records.
