Profession: Right-of-Way Land Administrator (Michigan) 

We are seeking either an experienced or eager to learn Land Administrator to join our team. This individual will need to have a proven ability to prioritize tasks and provide a high level of attention to detail. The successful candidate will participate in the logistical and administrative support of the land acquisition process and will need to integrate with a dedicated and energetic team. This role will be based our of our office in Mason, Michigan. 

Responsibilities include… 

• Generate professional surface land and right of way documentation 
• Maintain strong working relationship with other Administrators and R/W agents to support/load share/complement each other for the benefit of Clients and Company 
• Provide a range of professional administrative support for the surface land team 
• Stay updated with regulatory requirements pertaining to land administration 
• Responsible for Quality, Time and Cost (QTC) of administrative component of a project from start to finish 
• General right of way administrative support including document preparation, review and packaging 
• Data management and tracking in various project and time management software 
• Managing client or project mailouts 
• Maintain and update processes related to surface land management

What we require… 

• Self-directed and motivated, capable of working both independently and under direction 
• Professionalism in handling confidential and sensitive information 
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy 
• Demonstrated organizational and prioritization skills, with the ability to efficiently manage various tasks 
• Experience and proficiency in Microsoft Office suite programs, including Word, Excel, SharePoint, etc. 
• A positive attitude and desire to learn and grow

• Land administration or related experience across a variety of energy sectors 
• Experience and knowledge with land title 
• Post-secondary education in a related field
