Risk Analyst evaluates the vulnerability of an organization's assets to determine the potential risk factors. Performs statistical analysis to quantify risk and forecast probable outcomes. Being a Risk Analyst prepares reports and presents findings to assist management with decision-making while offering solutions to minimize or eliminate risks. Monitors internal and external risk factors including economic, market, and regulatory risks to continuously maintain maximum protection of an organization's assets. Additionally, Risk Analyst supports managers in risk management or risk model construction. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a supervisor. The Risk Analyst work is closely managed. Required Skills & Experience- Strong communication skills.
- Proficient in MS excel and work.
- Excellent research skillset.
- 4 years of Finance, Accounting, Analytics, Reporting or Business and Technology Audit experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work or consulting experience, training, military experience, education.
- Consult with the line of business and enterprise functions on financial reporting or information technology governance, and controls and oversight matters.
- Identify compliance and risk management requirements for supported area.
- Provide oversight for testing and monitoring involving moderate to complex subject matter or control areas.
- Communicate and provide consultation regularly with stakeholders throughout the enterprise.
- Implement, operate, and report results of certain elements of the company's policy, governance, and oversight framework.
- Support implementation of moderate to complex projects and initiatives.
- Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, and managers to resolve issues and achieve goals.
- Consult on or participate in moderately complex initiatives and deliverables within Financial Controls and contribute to large-scale planning related to Financial Controls deliverables.
- Review and analyze moderately complex Financial Controls challenges that require an in-depth evaluation of variable factors.
- Contribute to the resolution of moderately complex issues and consult with others to meet Financial Controls deliverables while leveraging solid understanding of the function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
