Risk Analyst evaluates the vulnerability of an organization's assets to determine the potential risk factors. Performs statistical analysis to quantify risk and forecast probable outcomes. Being a Risk Analyst prepares reports and presents findings to assist management with decision-making while offering solutions to minimize or eliminate risks. Monitors internal and external risk factors including economic, market, and regulatory risks to continuously maintain maximum protection of an organization's assets. Additionally, Risk Analyst supports managers in risk management or risk model construction. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a supervisor. The Risk Analyst work is closely managed. Associate Risk Analyst - Executive Risk

    The Associate Executive Risk Analyst will manage a book of business which will require a high level of organizational and problem-solving skills. In addition, s/he will possess the ability to handle marketing of new business as assigned and contribute where applicable to the Executive Risk Middle Market business development. S/He will consistently and effectively develop, enhance and solidify client relationships by providing exceptional customer service in accordance with Hylant standards. The desire to continue to grow and develop Executive Risk insurance knowledge and professionalism to the highest level possible is also a requirement of the CSM.

    This position can be located at any of the 20 Hylant office locations with a hybrid schedule.

    The Associate Executive Risk Analyst needs to have exceptional communications skills, relationship development and the ability to effectively multi-task. Managing client requests, prioritizing projects, and working with tight deadlines are all essential to success in this role. Working knowledge of Applied EPIC is necessary.

    Outcomes
    • Understand and use our EPIC operating system in accordance with the Executive Risk Epic Workflow
    • Produce accurate and thorough proposals, summaries of coverage, submissions and renewal strategy meeting presentations using EPIC, Word, Excel and Power Point
    • Assist the Risk Advisors to find and place quality programs with competitive pricing for clients
    • Follow up with carriers for quotes, binders and policies. Ability to check these documents for accuracy.
    • Provide benchmarking reports to the Risk Advisors based upon client exposure information.
    • Provide third party reporting materials (example: financials from various public websites).
    • Provide prompt, accurate and thoughtful service to clients; consistently respond to internal and external client inquiries within 24 hours of when they are received
    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with client and insurance company partners
    • Continue ongoing pursuit of Executive Risk insurance knowledge by working with your team leader to put together a designation plan
    • Fully understand and be able to execute applicable portions of the Client Engagement Strategy
    • Delegate appropriately to others on your team (Client Service Specialist/Client Service Assistant) and mentor them on your book of business
