This key leadership position will report directly to the VP of Quality Assurance and Risk Management and lead a team of highly skilled quality professionals and be supported by a QA Manager.
This role will work closely with medical staff, department heads and executive leadership to develop, implement and monitor comprehensive quality and risk management programs. The Director of Quality and Risk Management will play a key role in patient safety to promote and monitor a culture of safety and lead initiatives to reduce medical errors and adverse events. This leader will ensure the facility meets all relevant federal, state and local regulations, including standards set by the Joint Commission and other accrediting bodies.
